2000
Our Roots
We first began doing IT services for GMA Law and was introduced to CM Magazine. We saw opportunity to help PM’s with technology, as they had used personal @sympatico email address for business and didn’t have corporate websites. We quickly established relationships with key industry names and saw a world of opportunity to this non-technical condo industry.
2002
Two Years Later
We developed the concept of condo community websites. Developed as an intranet for private communication and collaboration our Nexus Online Communities product was well ahead of its time. ACMO adopted Nexus as its core for many years to come.
2008
The First Online Status Certificate System.
Diving deeper into the condo industry, we saw opportunity for a very labour intensive and manual method of ordering the ever so important status certificate. We created a full management portal to order, pay and fulfill a request with our product Conduit. A few years later, it’s become the industry standard with about 50% of all Ontario units on our system and even integration with Teranet’s Geowarehouse.
2012
Condo Accounting
With two hit products changing the face of the condo industry, we accepted the challenge of building a state of the art Accounting platform for condo’s. Not only would our product do condo Accounting, but also solve for the problem of Property managers not having a centralized and easy to use software. KEY was built and launched with great success. Built with input and advisory team of the condo industry’s strongest voices, our approach to property management software made immediate impact to our clients.
2013
The Shiftsuite concept is born
2013, we repackaged all the individual products and services and created the single platform for all condo needs. Shiftsuite was formally launched in 2013, but has the pedigree of years of input, the true collaborative design of condo community website integration, status certificate integration, Accounting and property management powered from a single platform.
2016
Shiftsuite continued growth
To date, we have experienced growth in clients, product utilization, unit count and every other possible measurable number. We look forward to the fence sitters and late comers to join the party. As we grow, we are continually expanding the product feature set while being sure to align to business results for our valued and special clients.
